We have an urgent position of Store Manager at our showroom in Amritsar.

The ideal candidate must have experience between 6 - 10 years in a large format showroom &
preferably in a lifestyle retail store.

Job Description:-

- Supervising and guiding store teams on driving the space efficiency within the store
- Increase the average transaction sale per customer
- Monitor overall daily, weekly and monthly sales performance
- Assist sales staff in sales closing in tougher sales situations
- Measure and monitor store operating cost with budget
- Ensure customer grievances, if any, are effectively addressed and resolved by the sales staff.
- Maintain adequate stock levels at the store in coordination with operational merchandising team
- Planning and ensuring adherence to replenishment schedule
- Ensure the smooth running of the store
- Ensure adherence to store SOPs
